If its the movie "The Color Purple" Id sue Oprah since shes got the deepest pockets. Id sue Whoopie Goldberg just because I dont like her political bent. I think Spielberg directed it , sue him too. If you mean the color purple, Id start with Binney and Smith since they make crayons and oddball purple colors like periwinkle, As a last resort id sue Barney and his creators since he seems to be the root of why purple is offensive.

You can not sue someone because you don't like the color purple. True, people do sue for just about anything these days. I guess you'd have to sue whoever invented the color purple.

The color purple is beautiful and you can't sue Mother Nature. The movie "the Color Purple" is a loose interpertation of history, you can do two things, ignore it or if you do not know where things come from you won't understand where you are going

i like the sound of the guy's character, yet I ought to accept as true with what others are asserting – the female is extremely Mary Sueish. If there's no plot-correct reason in the back of her to have "specific" eyes, go away it out. in actuality, go away out the references to her attractiveness altogether. this is not extraordinarily lifelike that a appealing, very snobbish guy may be lusting after a elementary-finding lady. That actual smacks of "the reader ought to think of she's quite in spite of the undeniable fact that it's not particularly stated interior the textual content textile." attempt giving her some remarkable actual flaws, like a great nostril or a gap in her tooth, and he or she'll at once develop into one hundred x's greater likable. Edit: If heterochromia is a undemanding trait on your international, and you're making plans on having different characters with the same situation, then ok, choose for it. yet from this description, it type of sounds such as you're only giving it to Kaerika only given which you opt for her to look specific. If it is so undemanding, why do different characters remark on her "freaky eyes"?

Are you talking about the book or movie? If you are the simple answer is QUIT looking at it. If you mean the
color purple well you might want to get used to it.
Why would you want to sue? That is too petty don't ya think?
I mean really sue?!

Personally I wouldn't know who you could sue and maybe find something more tangible to sue over. But you are right people will sue for just about anything.
