Overspray is when, during the painting process, some of the paint goes where it's not supposed to go, like inside a wheel well.

ill go with the last guy, for me overspray means youre pretty much blowing paint all around where you don't wanted going!!!!

If your talking about a feul ingector are a carburater than it is when you are getting more gas than you need and it can fllood your ingine.
Plus waiste alot of gas.
