Are there car dealerships in Iraq? If not then how do the locals get thier cars?

There are car salesmen in all countries. Many SUV's that are used are actually bought from over sea's and shipped out. A basic used 60k 4 Runner here might go for say $10,995. In say Iraq or so it would go for $30,000 American money. Its a huge industry of exporting certain vehicles.
