I bought sheet music for the piano. But I found out that it is for the organ. Is it the same? It has the treble clef on top (where it usually is) but then there are two bass clef's on bottom.

depending on which song it is you could probally just use the treble and the first bass clef but it may not sound right because its made for the organ. There not the same thing and the organ is actually a pretty complicated instrument but im sure if you play along with it you can pick it up and fill in the parts that dont sound right

The second bass cleff is for the pedals on the organ. As pianos don't have pedals it may not sound right if you're leaving off an entire line of music - the harmonies may not be full, or the chords may be rootless which makes it sound weird at best. Organs are very much different instruments to pianos - it's like trying to play piccolo music on a flute, the notes may be right but it will sound a bit strange as the music has not been arranged with the instrument in mind.

Try playing it through and if it sounds ok then you'll be alright with it - though you may be better off trying to find the actual piano edition.
