January, you can count on it being cold and gray. Sometimes rainy and sometimes freezing. Sometimes we get a rare day of sun but it's not warm.

I live just a few miles from downtown Seattle. It's cold and wet in January, and generally cloudy. My best advice if you're going to be outdoors is to wear layers that can be removed, under a water-repellent jacket of some sort (although not necessarily a raincoat), preferably with a hood to protect your head. It rains often in Seattle, but seldom a LOT at one time. If you plan to be walking a lot, you may want shoe-covers of some sort, but that's a sort of personal-preference thing.
Hope you enjoy your stay :-)

under the definitions of the regulation you at the instant are a offender, no longer convicted yet, yet it relatively is in basic terms a remember of time. The officer had a great to end you - there are regulations in each and every state that dictate visibility on a public street for a bicycle. as quickly as he had you stopped, he smelled alcohol. Now he has the nicely suited to detain you. Your refusal to take a Breathalyzer try would have harm you greater advantageous than you be responsive to. In some states, it relatively is an automatic admission of being under the impression of alcohol. Being under the impression of alcohol on a bicycle on a public highway is the comparable factor as being under the impression of alcohol at an identical time as employing a vehicle. you're underage and have been under the impression of alcohol. it relatively is prohibited. ANY alcohol in you is prohibited in case you're 18. you do no longer even could be legally under the impression of alcohol. You had a faux identity. it relatively is prohibited. all of us does it relatively is not a criminal protection. you probably did it and you get carry of caught. You, sir have fu**ed your self. Get a criminal expert, you will elect one. As for the Marines? it relatively is tricky to tell. they'd nonetheless take you yet once you have pending courtroom hearings, your intake would be in the back of schedule.
