I would really recommend getting a plunger. You may try a metal clothes hanger as a snake, straightern is out and see if it's flexible enough to get down in there.

If not, keep flushing. Obviously if it's not going down at all don't do that, but if it's going down slowly keep the bowl full to keep pressure on the clog. Maybe it'll break loose.

Go to the next door neighbor's and borrow a plunger or drive to the store and get some liquid Plummer/Draino. I don't see any other way short of pushing a stick down there and hoping it will unclog.

Try stretching out a hanger, put a little bend in the end and then spiral it down the hole. Make sure that you pull up the ball in the back of the tank to prevent the water flow into the toilet while you are doing this.

Good luck and act fast if you expect her home shortly.

If the its running over turn the water off to it and go get a plunger where ever you can.

No plunger? Try dumping large buckets of water into it. Pouring from higher up and in large amounts might create enough force to push it through. If all else fails lock the doors, and pray for the best.

Do you have a clothes hanger. Try that. It really depends what is stuck in the pipes.
Do you have a plumbing snake?
Do you have a nice neighbor who might have either a plunger or a plumbing snake?

Go to the neighbors to borrow a plunger....call the plumber for an emergency fix. My guess is, she won't kill you.
