1,2, & 4 are correct.

3 Please reread the question; it should have an equal sign.

5 Simply multiply both sides by: x-y

6 Please reread the question; it should have more info.

7 B = 2J - 54

8 Multiply both sides by 20 to eliminate the fractions.

1. 1/3
2. x - (yz) = 8 - (-3*4)= 20
3. write the entire equation.
4. 19
5. a= bx - by (just cross multiply)
6. y= (-3/2)x +6
7. J= Jane's score= 57, B= Bill's score..
B= 2J - 54
B= 2(57) - 54= 80
You know that jane's score is 57 and that twice jane's score minus 54 is bill's score so just write an equation.
8. -23

Probably the easiest **** ive ever done... haha i'm in calculus you can trust me dawg.

1. correct

2. correct

3. should be 22x+23...then if it has =0 then solve accordingly...otherwise just simplify.
If solving should be -23/22

4. correct

5. a= b(x-y)

6. y= -2/3+6

7. suppose Bill's score is x... x=(2*67)-54 multiply janes score by two then subtract 54

8. n= -23

a million) (2 + (-a million)^2 )/6 = 3/6 = a million/2 2) 8 - ((-3)*(4))^2 = 8 - a hundred and forty four = -136 3) -8x+18+30x+5 = ? 22x +23 = ? i'd desire to be responsive to the x or if it equals 0. If it equals 0, then x=-23/22 4) 3x+15 = 5x -23 -> 38 = 2x -> x = 19 5) b= a / (x-y) fixing for a: a = b* (x-y) 6) 3x+2y=12, then 2y=12-3x, so: y = (12-3x)/2 7) Jane=sixty seven pts bill=2*jane-fifty 4 bill= 2*sixty seven - fifty 4 bill = 80 factors 8) (n+3)/4 = (n-2)/5 5n+15 = 4n - 8 n=-23
