Anger Management group. You must not feel good about yourself or you grew up in a home like this and it comes natural. Life is too short get the help you need no one deserves to be treated that way.

Well, if you KNOW you treat her like crap, stop doing whatever it is you're doing. If not, sooner or later she'll get enough and then it'll be too late. Think before you do stupid crap....and imagine that each day could be your last one with her. If you know that you're doing this to her, then there is no excuse. Shape up or ship out.

Maybe you need to have a little more control over your actions and words. If you don't mean to treat her like crap, then you wouldn't, sounds like a lame excuse to me. Learn to have more Control over what you say and do, is my Advice to you!!

Why are you treating her like that? Is it something she does that pushes you to act that why? Stop and look at everything she has done and does for you. Learn to appreciate her and try to rekindle what you once had. Its very good that you acknoledged that what you are doing is wrong so now try to correct yourself when you notice you are doing it. Most importantly, apoligize.

What do you mean " You dont mean to " Are you some sort of a fool ? Everybody has a choice, obviously as yours is to hurt and demean. You dont deserve a decent woman. If you dont change, believe me you will end up alone. The choice is yours

You do it to make yourself feel better. You may suffer some esteem issues. My advice it to treat women like they are queens. If you do something mean to her by accident say your sorry and do something nice for her like a chore or something she would have done

Does she do a lot of stupid stuff? Sometimes a wife just fets into a f'ed up zone and can't get out of it. They spend mone haphazardly, become really lazy and just screw up over and over again.
This is a sign of being too comfortable and complacent. Stop giving her everything in life and start making her earn things or fail trying. She'll get right again.

Be careful because one day she will get tired of it. People can only take so much before they break. Do you really care about her? If you do, you would not be mean. Let her go if you care about her or get help cause that is cruel and not fair to her. One day you will regret it, no matter how sweet she is, it will turn on you one day.
