If you already have it, sip George's fractionally distilled Aloe Vera (it tastes like water.) It can be remarkable in how fast it helps.

Keep using it to heal any damage that might have been caused by the heartburn.

It's also helpful to take digestive enzymes while you eat to help prevent its occurrence. It'll even help a little if you're having an episode to digest undigested food in the stomach.

Chewing a couple DGL tablets can also be helpful.

The best to you.

I swear by simply eating a stalk of raw celery- try it and see what you think.

Did the person who gave this a thumbs down actually try it? I've shared this advice with TONS of people, and they all agree that it works. No drugs, no side effects, no sodium or vinegar, super cheap. And it's sitting in your fridge. TRY IT!

Go get yourself a bottle of Braggs organic apple cider vinegar and put two tablespoons into a glass of water, mix and drink it up !! Brilliant i reckon ........ the organic apple cider vinegar will encourage the production of apple cider vinegar in your stomach, thus aiding digestion and eliminating the heartburn !!
