When i try to start my pocket bike it sounds like its about to start and may start for a second or two but then turns off. It also leaks out the carb and the piece that connects the carb to the engine. It all started when I took out the carb and cleaned it. It seems like its getting too much gas

When you put the carb back on, you may have installed the reed valve backwards.
The reed valve may just be a flap of metal.
Is there an o-ring sealing the carb to the engine?
It might be pinched or missing.
