Every day my head lol no serious I do touch wood every now and again I cant resist old tales also Maggies get a salute if one on its own and I throw salt over shoulder if I spill it lol

I really am not superstitious mainly because I was born on Friday the 13th.I have touched my head and said "knock on wood" but I'm just kidding (I hope people know that)

It is as you say Bex a very old saying and I use to do it a lot, I think because my mum did, but I can't remember the last time - a very long time ago! Maybe because my dear mum is no longer with me and I have got out of the habit.

Not often enough, thats why if I say on a brilliant sunny day "I hope it stays like this" it usually rains within 10mins! lol
