it would only depend on how you meant it. like if you respected the body and was just giving a compliment it'd be fine. but if you were saying it in a creepy guy way then i might hold it against you.
either way, said the right way, women would like to hear that... if you were directing it to women that is. =P

Honey, that would depend upon a few MINOR things. You would have to be my *type* (intelligent, good sense of humor, (make me laugh and I am yours) dark haired, average body, taller than I am (5'9") and maybe we could talk. Until then, no.
