When is it ok for bill collectors to contact you on Sundays in California?

I thought it was illegal for bill collectors to contact you on Sundays in California with the exception of extreme conditions (i.e. significantly late on payment)

California has some odd laws but I really don't think there's a no Sunday collection call law.
