It really depends on how much room you have. If you have plenty of room and a bare spot for a tree then it may be a great idea. If it is going to make the house seem smaller don't decorate maybe just a real wreath on the front door.

I would agree with others in that you may decorate for the holidays, but do so somewhat sparingly. If you are one of those folks who likes to decorate all over the place, I would avoid that. It will detract attention from potential buyers who are there to look at your house, and not be distracted with excessive decoration.

That's a pretty good question. It could be a selling advantage. It would make it homier and more inviting if you showed it during the holiday season and you had it decorated. I'd say ask a realtor what their thoughts are. If it was me, I'd like that if I was looking to buy a house during that time of year.

Yes, but do not go overboard. Have a nice looking tree, sort of like one out of a magazine. That should be it - just like a staged home.
