Karyotypes are pictures of the chromosomes. We should all have the same karyotype unless we have a chromosomal abnormality of some sort.

Can we have the same phenotype? Individual phenotypes like brown eyes or left-handed, yes. Every last phenotype identical? Even identical twins have some differences in phenotypes because the environment plays a role.
