I do not think there are any laws against sharing a room. Common sense tells me that after a boy reaches puberty, he should no longer be sharing a room with his sister.

There is no such law, unless you are receiving federally subsidized ( sec. 8 ) housing assistance. Then no more than two children of the same sex to a bedroom. Unless both are under the age of 2 or 4. Can't remember for sure.

Thank goodness there's no law. This is a parental matter.
If we don't watch out though, the Democrats will soon start telling us what color toothbrushes to use and what color socks we must wear. It's bad enough the government tells us how much water to flush in the toilet (this is regulated) not to mention the type of fats contained in food (re Chicago and NYC). Big brother/the nanny state will be here sooner than you think

There are now laws for it. Otherwise every low income family with two bedroom housing would be in jail.
