What is the HGH that baseball players use?

Is it oral or injection? Also, what makes it undetectable?
I am trying to figure this out for a speech I am giving.

HGH = Human Growth Hormone. It is a substance that is naturally produced by the body for growth of cells and other functions. Synthetic HGH (in significant larger concentrations than the body produces) is used by some athletes to help increase muscle growth. While it is not undetectable, the fact that it is naturally occurring makes such detection more difficult, and many of the tests for it don't look for it directly, but rather test for its effects. HGH (Human Growth Hormone) is taken by injection and is primarily used by athletes to increase muscle mass. It is a common misunderstanding that it is not detectable, when in fact it is detectable. The MLB/Players union drug testing program only permits urine tests and HGH is not detectable with a urine test but is detectable using a blood tests. Some players today continue to use HGH knowing they will not be caught. However, there is a possibility of a new test that will detect HGH in urine which could be available soon.
