My computer reboots non-stop right after i put some anime on it?

My computer reboots over and over again and I can't get to the start screen. i cant even get into safe mode it was working perfectly before i gave it a rest and now it just keeps restarting if anyone can help it would be greatly appreciated.

Where did you get that anime? Sounds like somerthing corrupted your hard drive. You may wish to talk to a repairman

Virus maybe? I would do a recovery, You can go back to a date on windows to before you downloaded it. Or you can just insert a recovery disk that puts your computer back to default.
