From what I have read the creators have 8 eps taped and ready to go but don't want to play them if they can't play all 16. They want to wait till next season. But if it does come back this season it is due back in February.

yeah it's on in february. it was originally supposed to have somewhere around 16 episodes. and they are going to do this midseason thing again next year. i'm not sure about the writers but the producers, i think, are even striking for LOST so... yeah it's definately going to be affected. they are only going to show 8 unless the strike ends soon. i think that it's a good stopping point or something. but i don't see why they aren't done yet with more. they've have FOREVER. since may. but whatever. and i WANT to see those 8 episodes. so what it's not all of them. it's better than none.

Thats why its not on... the freakin writers strike... I'm getting annoyed with the Producers... just give the Writers Union the money already, come on...
