I have a drawing published by Charles Tilt, 86 Fleet St.
It is titled MY HORSE by E. Parcell???. Does anyone know who this person is?

Hi! This is what I found:
Charles Tilt, (1797-1861), who was at 86 Fleet St. from 1827 to 1840, in partnership with David Bogue from 1840 to 1843 at the same address, was a London bookseller and publisher, remembered for his comic almanacs illustrated by George Cruikshank. He produced many topographical prints and portraits, including four prints in the collection of the National Portrait Gallery, London.

I could find no mention of E. Parcell or a print by that title. If you need more information, you could contact Swann Gallery as they specialize in prints. I hope this helps!
