Atomic weights: H=1 O=16 H2O=18

2gH2 x 1molH2/2gH2 x 2molH2O/2molH2 x 18gHrO/1molH2O = 18g H2O

18g/18g x 100% = 100% yield

Thats 1 mole of hydrogen giving 1 mole of water which is 100% yield.
