i bought these aftermarket turn signals and im not sure how to wire them up. the signals have a black with a stripe and solid green wires and the bike has one black w/ stripe wire for each side and one solid color for each side. do the black wires with the stripes go together?

why would it matter what make and model i have if ive given you the wires and colors? i have a 95 kawasaki zx6r. the make of the turn signals is unknown since i bought them off Ebay - w/ no directions. thats all the info i have for you!

Always give year, make, engine size and model # when asking questions. We need all of that info to give an informed answer.
In this case - the make of the turn signals is also needed.
If we don't know what bike you have, there's no way to tell what color wires to use, as every manufacturer uses a different wiring color code.

If it is just a two wire blinker it won't make any difference, the light bulb doesn't care which way the current goes through it.
HOWEVER, if one of the blinker wires is also internally connected to its mounting stock as a ground then that wire must be connected to the bikes ground wire, if the blinker is being mounted on a metal part of the frame.

try it out. Just twist them together at first. if they don't work, reverse the wires, and try again. they probably need to be grounded to the mount in order to work as well, if not then the 2 wires really don't make any difference.
