m^-1+z^-1
=1/m +1/z
=(m+z)/mz
similarly m^-1 -z^-1
=1/m -1/z
=(z-m)/mz
Therefore given expression
=(m+z)/mz * mz/(z-m)
=(m+z)/(z-m)
=(m+z)/-(m-z)
= -(m+z)/(m-z)

Please learn to use parentheses.

I assume you mean

(m^-1 + z^-1) / (m^-1 - z ^-1)

= (1/m + 1/z) / (1/m - 1/z)

Multiply numerator and denominator by mz.

= (z + m) / (z - m)

m^-1=1/m ; z^-1=1/z
1/m+1/z=(m+z)/mz
1/m-1/z=(z-m)/mz
m^-1+z^-1/m^-1-z^-1=(z+m)/(z-m)
