It confuses you because it doesn't make sense. Putting someone to death is putting someone to death. It doesn't matter who it is or why you're doing it. People who straddle the fence are hypocrites.

If you think the punishment should be proportionate to the crime, you MUST support the death penalty to support life. Accepting anything less as punishment for Intentional, Pre-Meditated murder, devalues the life of the victim.

why not???? if we had the death penealty we would have less crime, but then their would be less jobs in the prison system. these convicts, create jobs. the more convicts the more prisons they can build, its a vicious circle!!!!
