I know this is extremely stupid but picture this: A guy is fighting a "rust monster" that could turn his metal weapon into rust. Thing is, he doesn't want that to happen, so what metals don't rust that could be used to make a sword?(Not gold obviously)

Any metals that do not have iron in them. Rust occurs due to iron oxides occurring between the iron in your metal and the oxygen in the water.

Oh, and for a creative alternative, you could have the guy attacking the rust monster with an iron weapon gilded (covered in a very thin sheet) with another metal that doesn't have iron.

Happy slaying :)

Metals that oxidize rust! Only Gold, platinum, and palladium do not oxidize.

Titanium
It is very strong and lightweight.

BTW: It would be silly to use gold since it is too soft.
