RunningBacks: Kevin Jones(vs NYG) Marion Barber(vs WAS) Steven Jackson(vs SF) or Laurence Maroney(vs BUF)

Quarterbacks: Derek Anderson(vs BAL) or Donovan McNabb(vs MIA)

Who to start and Who to Sit.

jones and maroney are not good plays this week so its between barber and jax. both will get decent numbers but Was is much better against the run than SF and jax doesn't split carries anymore given his numbers this week. for QB i would have to say DA. he threw 3 tds against pitt who is the #1 defense in the league and mcnabb has been inconsistent. plus MIA actually has a decent pass defense and should get zach thomas back next week.

Both QBs are live plays, but McNabb may have a huge game for an Eagles team that is clawing their way back into the playoff picture. Steven Jackson looked like the star from last season in the Rams upset of the Saints....he may be the best play for your team.

Steven Jackson for 2 reasons.

First, better match up than the others have. SF's defense is terrible.

Second, after this week's performance Jackson and the Rams are running on a high. He put up great numbers and was an integral part of the offense. They wont want to fix something that isn't broke. I would definitely pick Jackson over the rest of that group.
