Back. I wish I could sleep on my side or stomach but I have a muscle injury that prevents me from doing that.

I sleep mostly on my side. Never on my back because of my heavy chest. If i do I can't breath right. Same goes for stomach, sometimes. So mostly on my side.

Side, I can never sleep on my back. If I slept on my stomach i would feel really uncomfortable.

I can't sleep on my back, ifeel uncomfortable and i end up moving all night, if i go into a strange position on my side i feel most comfortable :D which is odd, but staring at a ceiling doesn't make me tired,anyways, good sleep is good sleep, as long as it's quiet!

I sleep on my side. I have a bad back and it makes it too painful to sleep on my back.
