Alright heres the deal.I need to verify on paypal and it says that I need too add a bank so I went to fill out the info(account#,social security#,and bank name)but then it asks for routing number and I don't have a checkings account.So then I thought I can verify with my prepaid debit card and I did.So heres where the problem came I went to apply for a paypal debit card and it says that I need to add a bank again which requires a checkings account so I need to find a website that I can apply for one and that doesn't check your background I don't have anything to hide I'm a 36 year old father without a record it's just that I don't feel comfortable with computers or whatever looking up who I am.So please can someone give me the name of a website where I can apply for a FREE checkings account without backgroung search and that will approve me quickly.Much help appreciated.

Hmm...reread paypals page. I have a paypal account but I only have a savings account. You still have a routing number with a savings account, you have to call the bank and get the number.

afaik, there are none in the US
security regulations, you know. positive ID required to open accounts. no ID, no account.
