Do spirits really exist?

Please don't think I'm a freak. I can sometimes see my dead relatives here and there, sometimes appearing as shadows or as real looking figures. For example, it'd be really quiet and peaceful, maybe like 3:00 in the afternoon, and I'd see a person from my preferal vision, but I turn around to see nothing. But most of the times, I can sense only them, and it feels like the air in the room just expanded. I believe that spirits do exist, but how would there be enough room on the surface of the earth to hold that many spirits? Because from the begining of time to now, there must have been billions of people alive!!! I always contradict myself like that. Does anyone have a conclusion?

I would make a distinction between sensing spirits and seeing visions of them. Spirits are limited in being here or there in time or space, but visions are like memories of events or people that have "charged" the energy particles and you can perceive them even though they are no longer there. So there is a difference.

I would encourage you to develop your spiritual gifts. Can you contact the Association for Research and Enlightenment (ARE based on Edgar Cayce), or any alternative/holistic spiritual/healing center near you that might have a counselor, or workshops that can train you how to develop your gifts. One of my friends studied psychometrics, while others learned through the Pentecost or Catholic Charismatic centers how to develop gifts in healing prayer.

Especially if you are going to study spirituality, and get into the darker side of where the unhappy spirits are trapped and need help to find forgiveness and release, I would highly recommend a book that has an "exorcism" prayer on how to send demonic spirits back to the source through Jesus so that they no longer cause danger or damage to any soul.

I believe spirits exist. I don't think spirits take up space as a human body does.... not sure what the conclusion would be.
