In LA agents get 10%. Managers usually get 15 % and up.

i don't think of there's a distinction. in the united kingdom you in basic terms have brokers, not managers, so I presume it rather is an Americanism for agent that some human beings use. a specialist agent will in basic terms take you on in case you have good expert journey and/or expert training.
