where can i adopt a sulcata tortoise thats an adult? easy 10 points. I dont want to buy i want to adopt. I live in florida so it'll get plenty of sun and have 1/4 acre that i'll dedicate just for him. I would prefferably like a male.

My friend adopted two solcatas and a red footed tortoise off there.

Good for you, that sounds like the ideal setup for a tortoise that most people shouldn't have...

I would google turtle and tortoise rescues in your area. There may be one. Also google for herp rescues.

Always best to take in a rescue animal, if possible!
