I would BUT a drunken baffon ran into the one outside my yard Easter weekend, And there is nothing but a hole there now. And the BEST thing EVER with my electric bill this month I got a letter saying " If you know of any lights out in my town please let us know" "we are concerned for your safety" The light fell over Easter weekend, and the 2 lights on either side of it come on sporadically The entire 2 block area is DARK and they are the other two have been doing this for years, ANd NOW all of a sudden they are worried about my safety????

I live in a neighborhood full of old people. If I did that, they would probably call the cops, and I'd get arrested for public intoxication or vagrancy or something!
