Your question is not very clear. What do you mean by 'raw septic'? If others are damaging your personal property, that is not the landlord's issue. That's yours. If you care to elaborate on what 'raw septic' is, I will address that as well.

Has anyone notified the landlord? Are you responsible for fixing it? These are just a couple of questions that need clarificiation.

Also the landlord isn't responsible if a 3rd party is damaging your property.

Raw sewage is a health hazard and is a lease breaking issue.
