There are two different systems of Zodiac. One is tropical which is adopted in the west and the other is Sidereal zodiac, the Vedic system adopted mainly in India. As per Indian system your Moon sign is Scorpio, and taking Sun rise time of birth your rising sign is Gemini. AS per Tropical or Western system, your Moon sign is Sagittarius and Sun sign is Cancer if born at Sun rise or after, but if born about 10 minutes earlier it will be Gemini.
