My husband had a vasectomy and it causes a constant pressure/pain in his balls. He ended up having it reversed just to get rid of the ache....

I will make no difference either way physically. Psychologically speaking it tends to improve your sex life. But some men have psychological "hangups" that cause problems.
1/2 million are performed each year, in the USA. I think the number would be somewhat less if a mans sex life was affected.

I had one 16 years ago. Sex is better after. No fuss or bother. When the chance happens you just go at it. Everything feels the same without the worries. Much easier for man to get fixed than a woman. Take it from me, the boys are the same.

I got mine in 77 and have had a BLAST ever since. I've never had to worry about contraception. My youngest is 34. We MAKE LOVE when ever and where ever we can. My wife bent over to pick something up and I took her right then and there. We've been banned for life from Home Depot.

Sex doesn't change because you got a vasectomy. The only thing missing is the sperm, ejaculation still includes seminal fluid.

Yes. No problem But you will want to wait about 2 weeks; for the soreness to go away

I can only echo what the first three guys said. What are you waiting for, make your appointment, do the responsible thing for yourself, your GF/wife, and the planet.
