I know, it's not a question but every prayer helps. My husband has decided he wants a separation. I fear this will lead to divorce, which I do not want. I want this marriage to work and us to stay together, not just for me, but for our 2 year old daughter.

Dear Heavenly Father,

I ask that you give this dear sister in the LORD you wisdom and guidance in how to love her husband and give her favor with him. I ask that if there is any bitterness, unforgiveness or hurt that you heal that and restore to them a healthy and loving marriage.

Lord, only you know exactly what needs to addressed in this situation and I ask that you send across each of their paths divine appointments to help them to have a loving and joyful family that will serve you and raise their children in the admonition of the LORD.

I just ask all these things for Your glory alone.
In Jesus Name.
Amen.

Prayer is the answer, and you are on the right page, asking for us who do pray to do so and I suddenly will. But what you don't understand is this does not mean this is the end, for god only knows what the end will be. If it is to be it will, and if not he will grace you to handle it as well, just give this one to him, I mean it put this marriage in Gods hands, and leave it there, my sister I know your heart is in pain. You can't fix it, but Jesus can, for in him all things are possible, hold fast to what you know, and stay prayerful, and so will I.... have you in my prayers.

you poor thing!!! i could just imagine how much this would be tearing you apart!!!!
i will pray for you and i hope that you can stay strong for your daughter as well.
i dont mean to get too personal but what was the reason why he wants to seperate??
is it something you can work on together?
i would strongly suggest that you find a way to try to communicate with him and try to solve whatever the issue is.
i know your heart must be breaking more and more every second but if their is a chance you two can work it out, i wish you all the best.
if the problem is really bad and can not be fixed, then maybe it is best to try to keep things on good terms for your daughters sake.
i hope everything works out and he comes to his senses soon and returns home.
Good luck and god bless.

Place it into God's hands. I will pray for you. I know someone who went through this 4 years ago. She had her prayer group pray for her and they are happy and still together today. So keep yourself positive. If it is God's will He will answer your prayers. God bless you and your family!

Yes, I will be happy to pray for you. How wonderful that you believe in prayer!

Father, we lift up this couple to You. We know that it is not Your will that this marriage be dissolved. You said in Your word that You hate divorce. Father, let each one of these people remember the great love that they had for the other. Please put a strong desire in their hearts and minds to want to work out their problems. Make both of their hearts tender and receptive to the other. Whatever bad thinking and attitudes exist in either of them that are hindering their restoration, please remove these! Father, we know that You are a God with whom all things are possible. That there is nothing out of Your reach! Father, please heal this marriage and restore it! Let this family be one who brings You glory and praise! We ask this and pray according to Your will. In Jesus' name........amen!

May the Lord bless you! I am here to pray with you anytime!
Please email me!

It's good to want to save a marriage, but keep other options open and get a lawyer. Consider the prayer a done deal. ;)
