create another library - i think??!!

The thing is not only did i spend forever copying & downloading all my music - which took forever I actually spent forever rating everthing so that it would choose my favourites in order of preference

So what can i do? If i try and connect it now it opens the i tunes programme and tries to update my ipod with a now empty library - so basically i dont want the PC version to overwrite the ipod
Grateful in advanc for any help

U can uninstall itunes, and download it again so you have a new, empty itunes.
Then download TuneJack.
That will take songs from ipod and put them on itunes.
I used it when my computer crashed, and it worked great.
