Superman.
Not only is he the most well-known superhero, he's probably the most well known fictional character ever created, with only Mickey Mouse coming anywhere near challenging him for that honour.
You can show someone the Superman logo virtually anywhere in the world, and it's instantly recognizable.
Spiderman probably takes second place among comic characters. After that, it's likely Batman or the Hulk... possibly Wonder Woman.

Prob. Superman, batman and spiderman aren't really super heroeos. I went to a museum and saw all the old comics of superman that are now cased up and famous. Nobody doesn''t know who superman is, so i'd go with superman!!!

I would have to say Superman even though I think he's way too overrated and boring... Batman is way better and Spider-man is just freakin' awesome!
