Where can I find the number of shares of Common Stock are issued by Barnes & Nobles, Yahoo Inc., and Kraft Foods Inc.?
What about the per share revenue for 2006 for each of those companies?

Go to Yahoo Finance and find the symbol for each stock and click on that. For example Yahoo is YHOO.
If you click on the button for "Key Statistics" on the Summary page, you'll notice in the income there is a "revenue per share" figure of 5.113.
Also on the Summary page under "Key Statistics" you can find "Shares statistics and there are 1.34B outstading shares (this means 1.34 billion.)
Use the same methods to find the statistics for your other companies.

Go to Yahoo finance. Pull up the company. Click on annual report. Read the annual report for last year's income statement, and this year's balance sheet.

You can probably go to your brokerage account, type in the ticker symbol, and then click on 'company report' or 'company financials'. You SHOULD be able to do this on YAHOO financials. If you have any questions, contact your broker. They are always happy to help.
