I thought I took the plan b would you know if you were lied to and given the abortion pill without your knowledge. What are the side effects to to birth I always remember being I was fine wouldn't the doctor have to tell me I was pregant. I always wonder why I was so sick with birth control pills which most women are not. What do you think give me any information

plan b is an abortion pill, it stops implantation of a fertilized or not egg. here is some advise try the deppo shot so you can't forget to take it. also if you are on the pill and you throw it up is won't work.

Abortions have been around as long as man.
If you're talking about the morning after pill, and it's hard to tell from your question, I believe it's been around for about 5 years, legally anyway

i think legal abortions though very frowned upon began in the 60's...i remember there was a children't show called romper room...when word got out that she was flying overseas to have an abortion they fired her because they thought she was sending the "wrong message" particuarly since she worked with children....they showed this in the movie...if these walls could talk...sissy spacek played the part of this story...demi moore is in another...it's about 3 women during different points of time in history...i know you didn't ask..but i think you'd like it....
