All i see is guys kissing all these different girls... So how is it that a kiss can be special to him if he is kissing all these other girls?? What does it mean to you guys to kiss a girl?

Usually it's one step closer to the final destination.
Once in a while you get that rare one though...it really depends what he does when he's kissing you. If it's soft, he might be scared, if it's passionate, well, obviously he really likes you, etc.
