Ideally there would have been people at CSO grade 5 level who could be invited back to our test site to witness important demonstrations.

But such people didn't seem to exist.

Hello ffantasizing, sounds like your organization is a little disorganized, if this is a mandatory procedure than someone doesn't have their ducks in a row.

Yes, you organization has a problem. The basic problem is that you don't know who has worked for you. When you have non-existent people working for you, you have a major problem.
