Polio, tetanus and diptheria booster, Im getting it tomarrow.
I know I've already posted a thread about it but Im actually really afraid of it, if you've had it can you tell me how painful it is.

you hate needles too if i had to get one i start to cry

It is a very minor pain. I also had a needlephobia and finally saw a hypnotist to get over it. It made a big difference. I don't love needles, but I certainly don't freak any more and I have given two different people shots which I never could have done before. In addition, I had to give myself daily shots while on vacation. You think you could never do this, but it is possible to get over a phobia. Good luck.

Not as painful as having the diseases - It hurts briefly, but it's entirely worth it.

I am a phlebotomist the best thing to do is not tense your muscles.
