He says this all the time. Just thought maybe someone could help me on what it could be. He says he has pain in his left testicle and lower back as well at the same time. He says there are no lumps.
Any help?

Honestly -- I am having the same problem RIGHT NOW! I went to the doc & he thought maybe I had a hurnia, but I he was not sure. I am going to get a testicle ultrasound on the 23rd to find whats wrong. The best way to explain what I see if as if my balls are been pinched between 2 finguers. Its not like OMG IM GOING TO DIE pain, but it does bother me. Bro may need to get a test ultrasound !

Depending on his age, what you describe is often the early signs of prostate cancer. Get to a doctor.

get it check out by a doctor he might have a hernia it happen to me
