ok listen guys i need something that can do a scan on my whole computer and clean everything thats wrong with it but i want to do it online i dont want to have to download anything

Thats like saying that you want someone to clean your carpet without coming into your house.

From the outside, it wont see the problems. And the idea of an outside computer having the ability to delete problems on your machine is so scary that I dont think anyone has even tried to write something like that.
