I don't know. They already have their hands on the media and I'd bet they make a leap to grab up what they already don't control before doing anything else.
Health care?
Hillary care is something that even if she is elected, will never take place. It just isn't feasible because when one actually looks at the numbers, it isn't needed -
Hillary bases her assertion that 45 million people in the US don't have medical insurance on a census report that asked the question - were you without medical insurance at any time during the last year, even for one day? Of course, many of those who answered yes had insurance at the time the census was taken and/or were in a temporary funk.
The Kaiser Foundation believes that the number of people who wouldn't qualify for free care due to income and are without insurance is actually much closer to 5 million.
Of course, Hillary isn't interested in truth and ignores any and all data that conflicts with that 45 million number she flaunts before the public.
The fact is that those 5 million or so people need to have their needs addressed, but the rest of population shouldn't have to sacrifice freedom of choice, quality care and expedient care on behalf of those 5 million.
Guiliani's health care plan would meet the needs of those people who presently cannot afford care without interrupting the open market we know today.
His is the only one that truly makes sense.

What would I like to see? Offer up a new bill that simply states this: MediCare will immediately be opened up to anyone 45 years old or older. And within 10 years MediCare will be opened up to anyone who wants to join. That bill could be done and voted on in the Senate using reconcilliation (a simple majority vote of 51 would pass it) since it would involve only budgetary issues, not new laws. The Republicans have been given every opportunity to work with the Democrats on a health care reform bill, they've refused and have offered nothing concrete in return.

They will ban smoking and alcohol and cars older than 5 years and maybe cows since they are eroding our air or something loopy like that? How can we send them all to Siberia? Isnt there a law we can pass to stop this madness? Jeez!

The 2nd Amendment is what they crave! The 401k's and IRA's will be a natural consequence of their rabid taxation schemes...if we have no spare cash what then are we going to place into savings?
And again I reiterate...The 2nd Amendment is not negotiable!

Oh PLEASE! Let's be a little more optimistic. I'm a Dem, but the Dems have done too much already. We Dems need to take a good long break. Say for about 50 years or so.

The 2nd Amendment
To them, instead of firearms being for protection against a corrupt government, and against those wishing to do you harm, firearms are for "hunting and sport only".
"To save the children" they will claim firearms must be banned.
Ultimately to accomplish this, they will simply sign onto some UN resolution which supercedes our own Constitution. It is the easiest way for them to pass such laws.

gun control... and then our freedom. They'll sell us to mexico and china and bury us in economic slavery and... wait... our Republican government has already done that. Taking over health care is a good way of making sure everyone can get covered. The insurance companies don't care about making it affordable only in lining their pockets so they have to go. And either the Dems do it peacefully or the public will do it forcefully one day when we rise up to cast off the shackles of our aristocracy.
