i have an E32 and i cant find the ariel plug to go into the back of the stereo,so i wanted to find the areil to put new coax on

BMW uses an European antenna plug which requires the use of an adaptor to fit aftermarket radios.
The adaptor looks like this:

If you still can't find the antenna cable...
Many BMW comes with on-glass antennas printed on the rear window, together with the demister lines. A signal amplifier is usually located in the driver's side C pillar. This is usually where the coax starts.

why would you want to add another antenna?
