You may well get multiple renewal notices from multiple locations. Unfortunately, magazines allow third parties to obtain renewals for them. I once sent my renewal direct to Time Magazine and then got a telephone call from a third party. I forgot I had mailed my renewal, so I also renewed through the third party. My magazine subscription ended up being for five years.
If you are concerned about how long you have left, check your address label. There should be a date on it that shows the end of your subscription.

it takes so long for the magazine people to process your renewal that they need a few months so that you don't miss an issue.
