I already have my CA real estate license, but I was wondering if we need anything to sell internationally? Specifically speaking I would be working out of Brazil.

If the people you are dealing with in Brazil are purchasing property in California you are in good shape.

If they are purchasing property in Georgia, you will have to pass the state of Georgia real estate exam and be qualified in that state.

Some states allow you to do business in other states as long as you have a license from another state. You will have to check and see if they will allow you to do business in that state.

About doing business in other countries each country has it's own rules and regulations about selling and buying real estate. You should check with the country you want to do business in as to their requirements.

I hope this has been of some use to you, good luck.

You will need to see what Brazil will require from you. Your California license will allow you to purchase and sell other people's property in California only. What you do in other countries (or states) is of no concern to California.

If you are going to work "out of Brazil you need to know the licensing requirements of that country. IF you are going to MARKET the properties in the US, That's different it's more of a referral situation. Speak with your broker on how they would like you to handle that.

first there are actually not any "non-approved" realtors. And NO, you mustn't ought to pay a value to this guy or woman. If the owner employed this guy or woman to coach the place of abode, then the owner ought to pay the cost.
