Plymouth Rock! I am sure that you'll enjoy the visit and the historical sights. They might even serve Thanksgiving dinner in the nearby restaurants. Amish country (in PA) also has a lot of good homecooking restaurants.

You are right try the east coast, it is going to be warmer than the west coast, try florida it is nice this time of year down there on the east coast.

anywhere you are soo lucky to be on the east coast. however the grass is always greener on the other side of the fence im 'stuck' here in 'sunny' california

New Jersey is always agood place. One of my favorite vacation spots, Ocean City, NJ, is there and it looks beautiful during thanksgiving. There are plenty of hotels there too.
